Some products in our store are available as part of a recurring subscription. These terms explain how you can manage, modify or cancel your subscription.


How the Subscription Works

After purchasing a subscription, you will receive the selected products on a recurring basis according to your chosen delivery frequency (e.g. monthly).

Your payment details will be securely stored, and the applicable amount will be automatically charged before each delivery — unless you choose to pay in advance for a longer period.

The subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it in advance.

You will be notified by email before each upcoming renewal.


Modifying Your Subscription

You can change the delivery frequency, quantity, or shipping address at any time in your customer account.

Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

  • logging into your customer account (subscription management section),
  • using the link provided in your order confirmation email, or
  • contacting us via email at info@lerni-gummies.eu

To avoid being charged and shipped for the next delivery, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the next scheduled renewal date.

The date of your next renewal can be found in your customer account.

Cancellations made after this deadline will take effect for the following billing cycle — the current order will be processed, shipped, and charged as usual.


Returns and Refunds

For health protection and hygiene reasons, food supplements (including gummies) cannot be returned once their protective packaging has been opened, except for one (1) opened package under the satisfaction guarantee.
