Ingredients: sweetener: maltitol, deionized water, sweetener: sorbitol, gelatin (bovine), citric acid monohydrate, raspberry flavour, vitamin C (ascorbic acid), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), extracts of organic broccoli, kale, spinach and beetroot, vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), zinc sulfate monohydrate, vitamin A (retinyl acetate), vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), potassium iodide, inositol, D-biotin, vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin).
How should Lerni Gummies be taken?
The recommended dosage is up to 2 gummies per day, ideally after meals. If you have any concerns about suitability for your child or combining with other supplements, consult a doctor or pharmacist.

They are free from sugar, lactose and gluten. The only allergen present is gelatine.
