INSTRUCTIONS ON THE CONSUMER’S RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT AND AN OFF-PREMISES CONTRACT
- Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within 14 days.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) to:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Satisfaction Guarantee (First Opened Package)
In addition to the statutory right of withdrawal, the Seller provides a satisfaction guarantee.
The Consumer is entitled to return one (1) opened package of the product and receive a full refund, provided that:
it is the first opened package from the order,
the product has been used only to the extent necessary to assess its suitability, and
the remaining product is returned.
All other opened products cannot be returned for health protection and hygiene reasons, unless they are defective.
Due to the nature of the products (food supplements), the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, except as provided under this satisfaction guarantee or in case of defects.
- Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We will carry out such reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
The estimated cost of return is €5.50.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
