Your subscription is fully under your control. Once logged into your account, you can edit, pause or cancel it at any time. In the sections below, we’ll show you how.
Managing your subscription
You can find your subscription in your profile under the Subscription section. At the top, you’ll see key information about your plan:
Send now
If you need your order sooner, click Send now. Your order will be dispatched immediately. Once submitted, no further changes can be made.
Use this option when you’re running low on your product and don’t want to wait for the scheduled delivery date.
Reschedule delivery
If the original delivery date doesn’t suit you, click Reschedule. You can postpone your next order by 1 or 2 weeks, or choose a specific date in the calendar (up to one month ahead).
⚠️ This change applies to all future orders, not just a single delivery.
Skip an order
If you still have enough product and don’t need another delivery, click Skip. Your next order will not be sent, you won’t be charged, and the following delivery will proceed according to your set schedule.
You can reverse this at any time by clicking Don’t skip.

Edit or cancel your subscription
Payment and billing details
In the Account section, you can update your address, personal details and payment method.
When changing your payment method, we will send you a secure link via email where you can safely update your details.
